CSEP 2009 will be the premier pre-Olympic Games exercise science and physical activity conference. Our conference will take place in scenic Vancouver Canada (the host city for the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games) 93 days prior to the opening ceremony (November 11-14, 2009). Delegates will be able to experience first hand the atmosphere created by hosting the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Moreover, delegates will be able to enjoy Canada’s most beautiful and vibrant metropolitan city. Breath-taking scenery and outdoor adventures are awaiting our delegates. Our conference will be hosted in the historic Hotel Vancouver. The Hotel Vancouver is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, and close to the Pacific Ocean, the coastal mountains, and the legendary Stanley Park. All CSEP 2009 attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to make hotel reservations at the host hotel (Fairmont Hotel Vancouver). The last date to make reservations at the discounted conference rate is October 8, 2009.

The purpose of this conference is to showcase leading research in the fields of high performance physiology, clinical exercise physiology and rehabilitation, exercise science, sports medicine, and physical activity promotion. This conference will provide an invaluable learning and networking experience for faculty, staff, undergraduate students and graduate students alike.
